“Last Call is a beer tasting and panel discussion that takes place each fall during Food History Weekend at the National Museum of American History. This year’s event, the ninth, tackled the subject of “American Beer in a Changing Climate” and featured four elite women who (as the program stated) are making American beer “resilient, responsive, and environmentally and socially sustainable.”
